Teens and adults are welcome! Enjoy your favorite anime, discover new titles, and connect with fellow fans in a chill, judgment-free zone. We’ve got Japanese snacks and themed activities!

🎨Sip & Craft – All Ages Welcome!

Sip on tea, enjoy a movie, and paint your own masterpiece. A relaxing creative event for everyone. 

👻 Horror Club – Ages 18+

Calling all horror fans! Watch spine-chilling movies and play spooky games that aren't for the faint of heart. Adults only.

🧱 Learning with LEGOs – Every Friday at 3:45 PM

Build, create, and explore with LEGO blocks. A great hands-on activity for curious minds of all ages!

🎨 Teen Hangout – Every Thursday at 4:30 PM

A space just for teens to relax, create, and connect. Each week features a different activity or game. These photos are from Puffy Paint Day, where teens personalized T-shirts with colorful, textured paint!

Sweater weather is here! And you know what that means: cozy drinks, sweet fall scents, and plenty of fun indoor vibes! If you love all things autumn as much as we do, you’re going to love what’s happening at the library this month. 🎉

¡Llegó el clima de suéteres! Y ya sabes lo que eso significa: bebidas calentitas, aromas otoñales deliciosos y muchas actividades divertidas para disfrutar bajo techo. Si te encanta el otoño tanto como a nosotros, ¡te va a encantar lo que tenemos preparado en la biblioteca este mes! 🎉

Clardy Fox Horror Club Presents: Werewolf? There, there wolf, at the Clardy Fox Library. 

Bad puns aside, It's time for the next Creep Show my Creeps! Limited snacks available, but you are always welcome to bring your own. We will be playing  a Werewolf  trivia game. 

Sept. 6th at 3:30-5:30pm, 18+ leave the little ghouls at home, stay creepy my Fiends.

If this is your first show you’ll receive your movie log, the “beware the moon, lads.”, button, PUNCH CARD and your VHSs bookmark.

Kitsune Den: The Clardy Fox Anime Club - Member's Creations!

We had an awesome time these past couple of months at Anime Club! We’re excited to show off some of the amazing creations our crew made! Love anime as much as we do? Come join the fun!

Not super crafty, just super nerdy? No problem! You’re still totally welcome to chill with us, watch anime and snack together.

We’ll be watching a magical show about a teenage girl who fights evil with the power of friendship (and some seriously cool outfits). ✨🌛🎀

 ✨ Anime fans, it’s time to gather at the Clardy Fox Anime Club! ✨ 

This month, we’re screening a sports anime about soccer rising stars competing to become the greatest striker in Japan! Can you guess which show it is? ⚽ 

Feeling crafty? 👕🎨 Get ready to design the coolest jersey using puffy paint - all supplies provided! Not into crafting and just want to enjoy the show? No worries! We have Japanese treats, candy, and beverages for you to enjoy while you watch. 

No library card needed! (Unless you want to check out the manga!) Just come, watch, snack, and have fun! 

Due to the show’s content, this event is open to ages 14 and up. Adults are welcome too! 

A huge thank you to all the brave souls who joined us for the Clardy Fox Creeps’ first anniversary!

We had a hauntingly good time with creepy games, chilling prizes, and sinister snacks!

But beware… the chills and thrills aren’t over yet! 👻
The Clardy Fox Creeps rise again on the first Saturday of every month from 3:30 to 5:30 PM.

Come for the spooks, stay for the snacks and don’t forget to bring your fellow fiends. There’s always room for more in our haunted hideaway… 🕷️📚

Pinkies Up! Sip & Craft at the Library / ¡Levantando el Meñique! Tecito y Arte en la Biblioteca

This month at Sip and Craft, something enchanted awaits… 🌹🕯️📚

Settle in for an afternoon of painting, tea-sipping, and a tale as old as time. We’ll be watching a classic love story between a curious book-lover and a mysterious man under a powerful spell.

All painting supplies and tea will be provided. 🎨☕
Candlesticks may not sing… but your creativity just might.

Prepárate para una tarde de pintura, té y una historia tan antigua como el tiempo. Veremos un clásico cuento de amor entre una curiosa amante de los libros y un hombre misterioso bajo un poderoso hechizo.

Todos los materiales de pintura y el té estarán incluidos. 🎨☕

Puede que los candelabros no canten… pero tu creatividad sí que podría hacerlo.

August Horror Club 🎂🎈🎉🎁 One year of Creep Shows!

It’s the one year anniversary for the Clardy Fox Creeps Horror Club. Join us and have a killer time! If you don’t know about the C.F.C. we watch horror movies and play horror inspired games. The Creep Show’s are the first Saturday of every month. We are an adult only program so we can have a gory good time. Show up to three become an official member and obtain our member’s only button. Show up to six and get the “Body Bag”, Muuuahahaha! Limited snacks and drinks provided, but you can always bring your own. Remember 18+, leave the little ghouls at home. Welcome to the Creep Show, stay creepy my Fiends!

As summer winds down and the back-to-school buzz begins, the Clardy Fox Library is here to make August both fun and productive, and our calendar is packed with programs, workshops, and activities for all ages. Here's a look at what’s happening this month at the library:

Sword Fights & Friendships: It’s Anime Time at the Library!

 ✨ Anime fans, it’s time to gather at the Clardy Fox Anime Club! ✨ 

This month, we’re screening a popular anime about a brave boy on a mission to slay demons and save his sister. Can you guess which show this is?  

While awesome sword fights take place on screen, you can get creative by painting your own coaster inspired by the characters’ iconic jackets 👘 

You’ll also get: 

- A treat bag with delicious Japanese snacks 

- Stickers featuring the show’s characters during a mini scavenger hunt 

- An exclusive club button to show you’re part of the squad! 

No library card needed! Just come, watch, snack, and have fun. Due to the contents of the show, this event is open to ages 14 and up and adults are welcome!

A huge thank-you to everyone who joined us for the Horror Club on Saturday, July 5th! We had a bloody good time watching our sawmer horror flick and diving into the gruesome fun of “No Guts, No Glory”! Blindfolded organ placement has never been so entertaining!

👻 The Clardy Fox Creeps Horror Club meets every first Saturday of the month and is 18+ only, perfect for horror fans who love thrills, chills, and a touch of the macabre.

A Magical Saturday at the Clardy Fox Library!

This past Saturday June 28th was packed with excitement and creativity at the library!

We were thrilled to welcome magician Randy Collins, who amazed both kids and adults with his spellbinding tricks and interactive show. Laughter, gasps, and wide-eyed wonder filled the room! Thank you to everyone who joined us!

Meanwhile, our monthly Anime Club, The Kitsune Den, was in full swing! This month’s theme was Kaijus, and it was a blast. We watched an action-packed anime, snacked on delicious Japanese treats, played a fun anime-themed game, and got hands-on by sculpting our own clay Kaiju monsters. Just look at the amazing creations our members made! Join us every last Saturday of the month! For ages 14 and up.

But the fun doesn't stop here! July is packed with even more events, including our Summer Reading Challenge. Earn points for every book you read, complete fun activities, and collect raffle tickets for a chance to win awesome prizes!
