Oreo Cheesecake Yogurt (strawberry cheesecake alternative included in the recipe)

Ingredients:

1 Oikos Triple Zero vanilla yogurt 5.3 oz cup (15 or 25 grams of protein available)

2 or 3 teaspoons Jell-O cheesecake instant mix (ZERO SUGAR). Adjust to your liking.

2 Oreo Thins cookies. (Yes, the thin ones. Moderation is key 😎.)

2 tablespoons of zero sugar Whip Cream

Drizzle of Hersheys zero sugar fudge (it does taste like chocolate 😉)

Steps

1. You may make this dessert in the yogurt cup or use a separate cup if you desire.

2. Mix in the Jell-O instant mix into the yogurt until it is mixed well. It may get a bit thicker.

3. Once mixed well, add the whipping cream on top (you may add more if you desire).

4. Crush the two thin Oreos and add it on top of the yogurt.

5. Drizzle the Hersheys fudge on top and enjoy!

***TIP- If you are not a chocolate fan, you may swap out the Oreos for half of a Graham Cracker (honey or cinnamon) and add fresh sliced strawberries. You may also use the strawberry Oikos Triple Zero yogurt for more strawberry flavor, instead of the vanilla flavor. Do not add the fudge.

Iced Chai Tea Latte

Ingredients: (All ingredients can be adjusted to your liking)

Tazo Chai Black Tea concentrate (1 cup or you may add more for a stronger chai latte)

Ice- (1 cup or preference)

1 cup Regular Milk or milk substitute (I use unsweetened almond).

Cold Creamer (I use Silk almond sweet cream creamer)

Steps:

1. Poor ice in a tall glass cup.

2. Shake the Tazo Chai Black Tea concentrate well and pour over the ice.

3. Add the milk or milk substitute and mix with a spoon. Adjust the milk or Chai Tea concentrate to your preference.

4. Add a splash of creamer. (You may froth the creamer to elevate your drink).

TIP: The Chai Tea Latte tastes great with Matcha cold foam on top.

How to make the Matcha cold foam.

***BEFORE YOU ADD THE CREAMER (step #4), Dissolve a teaspoon of Matcha powder (I use Jade Leaf Organic Matcha) in 4 oz water. Then add the creamer to the dissolved Matcha and froth it. Top off your Chai Tea with the Matcha cold foam.
